How to interpret an AI detection score

This checker estimates whether a passage contains writing patterns commonly associated with generated text. Paste at least 200 characters for a more useful signal, then review the score alongside the wording, sources, and revision history of the draft.

An AI score is not proof of authorship. Detectors can misclassify both human and generated writing, so use the result as one editing signal rather than a final verdict. If a passage reads as generic or repetitive, revise it for specificity, evidence, and your own voice.
